Cracking puzzle but can anyone help parse 14d? (Have the answer and extra letter but can't make sense of the 'Pan up to show Australian' part.

A chinese pan, minus W up.
To show = run
Australia = A

The extra letter there helped me, Granama1. The 'pan' is involved in Chinese cooking. The 'show' gives letters 3 - 5 in your entry, show as in show a film...
