hi Mamya, I'm looking at the online version and there is a 13ac

I know exactly what you mean Mamya, especially at the weekends:-)

I don't see "divided by" and "into" being the same thing at all. 12 divided by 3 is not the same as 12 into 3. I could only parse this as follows:
Divided by (in two) with w (west) moving forward (proceeding) = "in tow".
Def is "without control" I. E. If you're being towed, you're without control.
Apart from the fact that IN TOW is not a phrase I'm familiar with
That's the best I can do.
