A tough one for me but ultimately enjoyable. One clue that I have not been able to parse is 2d left "Starves out fairies, varying...."
I hope that someone can help.

Also struggled with parsing that one. The d is not part of the wordplay. The first 5 letters form a word that can mean ‘out’ (as in unconscious) and the next three are an obscure French fairy (with an accent on the first e).

Thanks, Smellyharry. I have pencilled in more words to my Bradfords with this crossword than any listener so far. The fairies word was the breakthrough.

cockie: same here on last step - there's a clear description of the object in row 11, and I can't see anything anywhere that could yield something useful by the specified replacement.

Phantom

Hi. If you are still working on last week’s, the initial description is a colour and an object, two four letter words that are inside the object. The replacement is to the first word, and replaces the last letter with ‘in’.

Hopefully someone's still here - had a breakthrough on this today after finishing this weekend's.

I currently have the theme, a line drawn through the right points, the two words describing the theme and the two letter change, but I believe I've either gone wrong somewhere in my extra letters or I'm not getting the final instruction from them.

I have "Draw..." then what appears to be gibberish following, and I've been staring too long to make sense of it. I'm assuming from the object indicated by the two words, it would be simply "mirror the line you've drawn to complete the image", but I'd prefer to be very sure as I could still potentially submit :)

Any help appreciated at this eleventh hour.

Wigwam, I think you've got it anyway, but I had Draw ?????? ????? - you've mentioned both of these words in your penultimate sentence!

Thank you, I'd figured as much but does mean I'll have to go back and rethink my parsing.

That's two you've helped me with in two days, much obliged!

Glad I could help, wigwam. I don't always do Listener, it's sometimes too tough for me.
