But the odd thing about Chambers Word Wizard and the Chambers Dictionary (or at least the 12th edition, which I have) is that you will not find hortensia in either of them. I did the anagram myself and decided to check that hortensias were a species of hydrangea by consulting Chambers. Not there!

I have three editions of Chambers with no entries for Hortensia
I found it in my Concise Oxford Dictionary

I got this first as it is the French for hydrangeas!
I'm stuck on the last two or three.

I struggled on the farm manager as well for ages, as I was sure the Yale was a key. However, it is an anagram of yalesfarm and the manager.... well think 1966.

21ac - Think 1966 World Cup

14d - The 'T' is the middle letter of 3 consecutives.

I at first thought it must be key too, and tried to make key worker work for manager. Very good misdirection.
