Hello, Pigale!
Here's a nice wee clip of LouLou "throwing shapes" in the team car!

Hi, Rusty!
Yes, that's it...... Mansour Bahrami!
I just could not remember his name,
Well done!
I have just looked him up and yes, he did play in the Seniors again this year.
I am sorry that I missed seeing him.
Usually his playing is shown on the television, as he is so popular, but I heard no mention of it this year?
Did you chance to see him play?

Hello, Elle!
No, I did not see him play.
Just too much sport going on!
Here he is, though.

Hi, Rusty!
Thank you for the clip!
I always enjoy seeing Mansour play.
He is so funny...and plays such skilful tennis all the time he is acting the fool!
One can see why he is known as "The Court Jester"!
I love the part where they always "play" without a ball, too!
Do you remember Orlando Sirola and Nicola Pietrangeli?
They could be very amusing when playing Doubles together.

Hello, Elle!
Yes, Mansour is funny!
Good to see Yannick Noah, too.
I have a vague recollection of Nicola Pietrangeli.
But you know much more about tennis than me.
Le Tour is back on tomorrow after the rest day today.
Should be a stage for the sprinters, I think.

Good morning, Rusty!
It is already hot here.....
I like a brisk refreshing walk in the early morning......today's was hard (slow) labour!
We seem to be in for a minor heatwave.....with temperatures reaching low to mid thirties for the next few days.
Definitely not my cup of tea!
How is the new microwave going?
I am away out soon to get my hair cut........I shall be back about lunch time.

Good morning, Elle!
It is warm here, too!
I was out earlier, but just a shortish walk.
My new microwave oven is working fine!
I am pleased with it.
The Curry's experience was fine, too.
Helpful staff, and not pushy.

Good morning everyone!

Me thinks the riders are going to suffer over the next few days!
Nimes will be hellish hot today, and usually it is one of the
hottest towns in France, ie 37C today at 3pm (under cover!)

On reading about Julian (Juju - loulou) I have just discovered that
he was born just under 150Kms South from me bird flight distance - not a big distance for France. His Department is the Cher, and next to mine bearing South so we are almost neighbours.....
I don't know if he still lives there though.

Good morning, Pigale!
It is quite warm here, too.
Yes, it seems as if you and LouLou are neighbours!
I'm looking forward to seeing how he goes in the Alps.
This is the most open Tour for years, and all the better for that!
Could well be Saturday before we know who rides to Paris in yellow!

Good afternoon, Rusty!
I am home again....
My word, it is extremely warm outside.....33C this afternoon, and apparently reaching 36C here on Thursday.
It is not as hot as it will be for the cyclists in France .......but bad enough!
I am definitely indoors to stay.......no taking the dog out again this afternoon!
It is far too hot for both of us!
Time for an ice-cold drink...…

Hello, Pigale!
I think the temperatures here are in competition with yours....still a bit of a way to go to catch you up......but 33C now!
How is Jeremy coping with the heat?
It will be a bit different from what he left behind in Cumbria!
