Still not working properly: temporary page gives #139 but Print Version gives #140 by Paul with no special instructions - are there any?

Good luck to all.

I was wondering about any special instructions too - the clues seem very strange!?

...............and furthermore there's no title! Do we have to wait all morning till the technical "expert" at the G. wakes up? Will try contacting editor there.

I have got this, but over three pages, awkward to work with. I do have the instructions though. I'll type them in if anyone still hasn't found them.

The 28 solutions are divided into four groups of seven. Each member of each group begins with the same letter, not further defined in its clue. The four letters can be arranged to form a word. The subsidiary wordplay in the 28 clues is normal. However the definition elements in the clues have been swapped around and provide the definition for another solution in the group beginning with the same letter.
