You too. And cold calling is a universal terror for salespeople. Remember is it Glengarry Glen Ross where you feel so sorry for the salesman who has to make them?

was not sure that the phrase 'cold calling' is universal, even tho the phenomenon is.
i do spare a thought for those who have to make the calls or knock on doors promoting broadband packages etc.
the job is basically, put up with abuse and keep on annoying people.
