Could I please ask what kind of clues they are?

How do you all approach them?

Druh6sm, I'd love to try to help, but you haven't given the clues and I don't get that paper. I know there are lots of regulars on the Forum, but I like getting to try new/different crosswords!

19a is an anagram with a letter subtracted. The definition is very loose
16d look carefully at the clue!

For 16d, if you take a close look at my last post you might spot the common denominator which points to the answer

Done but can’t parse 15d.

15d - If you add a letter to the beginning of your answer (time to spare) you'll get a word meaning "they work hard"

Put another letter in front to give the other meaning.

Oh, and the actual answer is a term used for a type of ship.
