I have the flash and the title, but can't see where to go for the 5-letter next step. Googling the village and words like "storm" and "lightning" produce a lot of irrelevant stuff. Since there are no longer prizes - will there ever be again? - a hint won't break any taboos.

Google the 4th word of your post along with "village" and then, as I did, slap your forehead.

All I can say at the end of that is 'good grief'.
