Final Q: is there any meaning to the title (Poem VIII) of the crossword?

I believe Poem VIII is Pabulum’s own numbering system.

Previous Pabulum puzzles were 2548 titled Poem VII and before that 2475 Poem VI, each of which is based on a poem.
