Tricky indeed.

10a First half of ELV(ISH), tricky, arch, plus AN (one). Cornish miner’s name

20d TO(I)LET + AM reversed (reviewing)

33a seems to be an &lit, where the whole is the definition. Y (duty ultimately) oN OBE (order).

If it’s not an &lit the definition has to be exhibit, but I don’t think it equates to the answer

Ah! Thank you. 10a should have looked in chambers. 20d is ridiculously easy. Silly me. 33d I thought the same as you and am still not convinced. The N should be in the definition so it doesn't quite work for me.

As you say, the corrected N should be in the definition, but I can’t see another word in the clue that can be altered. I agree it’s not very satisfactory. Maybe someone else has something more convincing

That stumped me. Best I could come up with was "on order". Can't be correct.
