Thanks jono. There's no "Special instructions" with the corrected version - usually there are.

Gratifying to learn that 5a is a feeble clue, as I can’t solve it . Hampering the solutions to 6d and 7d. Hints appreciated.

Nicola - the definition's not great either! Try changing qualify to facilitate for a better one.

Apart from the first four letters the parsing of 15a has me stumped.
Any hints please ?

CD - I'm guessing you mean you've parsed the first five letters. The rest of the answer parses as unit (of measurement) 4, and event where you would dance 4.

Hi Coffindodger @26

I think the first 5 letters = postpone, the next 4 are a unit of length and the last 4 are a dance

I had never heard of the first 5 letters meaning postpone. Google tells me that it's an exclusively US, usage, so should have been indicated as such. It means quite the reverse in British English!

Chambers confirms that it's US.
