Yes, Bobby, you are indeed correct, the Listener has enjoyed special status for some time now. I am informed by those in the know that it is a unique puzzle and is treated as such.

I don’t know how long you’ve been with us but at one time we had 3 threads running each week, one for answers, one for more revealing hints and one for simple hints. It was a nightmare and still didn’t please everyone.

The Listener has now evolved down to one thread which seems to work very well. No answers are allowed at all.

I remember it well, Norah! I also remember a particularly unpleasant person who upset a lot of people, although to be fair I suspect that he probably wasn't a full shilling😁

If it’s the one I am thinking about, he DEMANDED answers and was full shilling enough to call me a fecking moron for banning another trouble maker😰

Life is so much more peaceful now they’ve both gone😂
