Hi Rwanda passing - just to check, you are looking at the first letters of the clues and not the solutions?

I think you might be looking at the first letters of answers when you should be looking at the first letters of their clues (in the correct order their answers appear in the grid - not in alphabetical order).

It's easily done, as it's a bit counter-intuitive - once you've solved the clues - to have to return to them to extract further information, particularly as you've just spent a fair bit of time (I'm guessing) working out which down solution goes where.
