I got the words and parsing for this, but I don't think it is a port. It's inland, maybe on a river, but "port" is, I think, misleading.

I'm talking about 14D - sorry.

Have to consider it difficult for Everyman...3 stumped me, I set it aside overnight, drew a blank this morning, finally saw it after 24 hours!

There were other challenges, thanks to Everyman. Struggled with this much more than with Paul's tribute Prize.
