Thanks to Everyman, but I found this tougher than usual and didn't love the puzzle. As an American, it's clear that 11 is based on rhyming slang, but I have no clue and don't have Chambers, so had to leave that one blank.

Not rhyming slang, just the dropping of an aitch

I misspoke earlier...clear it was a dropped aitch, but also that the word from which it was dropped was too obscure without Chambers.

Obscure? I didn't think so.

Umm, the abbreviation for drive I know, and the only one I could find in Chambers (online), is Dr, following the same convention as Rd, Av, St, Sq and Pl, so I'm no happier with diva now than I was a day ago.

Always better to give the clue! I've thrown mine away now, but I've looked at the online version - your second S is wrong.
