A curious coincidence (?) in this crossword is that the four corner letters are the same as 25a. Is that Everyman's verdict on the whole puzzle?

Haha, Rainman, I love that! Although, if it is his verdict, I'd have to disagree, as I (mainly, with the exception of 20a) really enjoyed it!

20a is a very poor clue, imho. Up there, OK, weather, but something that comes out of the blue? Seems like the opposite meaning to the answer.
