Nicola ... I'm afraid 20a is just a pretty week clue (unless I'm missing something, which is highly likely). What you might say when it looks like rain, possibly?
As for 13D, just an obscure word. First two letters one of the usual 'Everyman' clues, indicating 'he is', followed by 7 letter synonym for stance.

Even with all the crossers and going through the alphabet ,I just couldn't get 19d. Obvious once you look it up.
Picked the wrong final vowel for 15a -if you don't know it , it could be either.

Quickest solve since I began Everyman 9 years ago, even after a late night. Again, too many anagrams, for me. The 'hidden's are becoming like 'primarily' clues, very well advertised!13d required resort to my thesaurus, but, for me, a benefit of doing a crossword is to find unfamiliar meanings for words (or even new words!). LOI 20a. COD 6a.

Fairly straightforward as per last week. Standard has dropped down a little but I am not going to complain if you want a stiffer challenge there are plenty of other crosswords out there. Happy Easter!

Mostly a quick solve, with the exception of 20a , that I gave up on and looked up, it does seem a weak clue I agree

15a I don't think I've ever heard of the fruit.13d I got from the clue, and then Googled, after not checking my homework last week :)

6a, have I got the right answer? it's in the same geographical region as 9a, but I can't parse it?

And generally I don't get disheartened by the early posts that it was easy, as surely it's a truism that the first posters are the ones who found easiest?

I’m pleased this was relatively straight forward as I’m still working on the last few ‘symbolic’ clues from yesterday’s Maskerade marathon! I liked 6 and nice to see a 19a making an appearance as I’ve always liked them.

Yes warden. Same region. Add a letter to each side to get something workers do to protest without a full walk out.
