Have an answer for 21, pretty confident but can't parse; must be a UK term.

Suspected a pangram after finding a Z and a couple of Xs, but no.

Glad you’ve got 9a yevrah! I haven’t. And playing round means that what I thought 2 d was, isn’t. Chrise’s clue doesn’t help I’m afraid. Otherwise pretty straightforward puzzle!

yes, rhyming slang - hook/look

Geeker, 21 was my favourite and yes it involves some Cockney rhyming slang. Add ‘hook’ to you solution and google

2D parses as a 6 letter bird containing a 1 letter abbreviation. And it's a very remote creature indeed (if they exist). Daffy Duck (in his role as Duck Dodgers in the 24 1/2th century) had several encounters with one though!

21 is rather a good clue.
Being American, cockney rhyming slang is the clue category for which I most often draw a blank.

Got both I think. Remote creature was what I had, and got the container plus double meaning.

I'd recommend that everyone should watch the Daffy Duck cartoon if they haven't seen it already, very funny!
