Before I put it away, can I just get clarification on the wordplay for a couple of clues ...

2d - After hearing, key figure also put away (3)

Is it because the answer sounds like (after hearing) a specific number?

33d - Girl, one not fully grown up (3)

Is the "one not fully grown" a 4 letter synonym for "girl" minus its last letter and reversed/"up" with the answer being a girl's name?

Yes to both (although I never pronounce that number that way).
