Once I got 9,1 and 19,18, I raced on , but I have still to get four in the south east corner and 11ac, 6d and 22d.

I still have to work out Jono's hint for 20d, but I am stuck on 11ac and 6d. I get a very strange word as the only option for 11ac, but can't see the parsing, though Geeker gave it earlier on the thread. I'll carry on a bit longer.

Any hints for the latter would be gratefully received.

I got 20d, only to find I had 26ac wrong. Back to the drawing board.

Obscure clue: for 11a, think Stan Freberg!

Been travelling all day and just arrived at our destination in Italy. First pass through I have two answers and it looks tough. My brain isn't up to this now so I hope a few of you may still be around tomorrow morning for some help.

I have persevered with help from here and heavy use of the missing letters tool on this site.

22d, 26a and 28a - please can someone help put me out of my misery… 😂

22: defn. "reject", parses as 3 ("plant", vb) inside 3 ("row")

28: defn "refraining from", parses as 1 "cocaine", 6 ("relaxing")

26 is a tough one. Defn. "dress down", parses as (4, 2) "find attractive", 1 "model", 3 ("pose")
