16d might be ELEGANCE, meaning chic, if it’s floosie’s (with an apostrophe) bottom (E) + on or member (LEG), but I’m missing a word to give ACE surrounding N (last of semen). Sorry, I haven’t seen the puzzle

Looks like Cock Porridge (time in jail) and Vowel. Paltrow’s last letter, w, inside anagram of love. Definition is the letter I, say

w (Paltrow ultimately) inside an anagram (kinky) of ‘love’ gives VOWEL. “i” for example (say).
The ? seems unnecessary.
