Thanks again, Buddy. The puzzle itself was great fun, and good to see the solution. I have no real 'complaints', but there were two clues that I didn't like as much as the others (and having said that, those two clues would have been better than anything I could have come up with!)

I vote for my 7d `DEFEAT` as easily the worst clue - can only think Pigalle wanted to encourage me - I was very much a `newbie`!

Tyke51...that was one of my less-liked clues! Sorry - and I do know how hard clue-writing can be.
