Stop!

It's Tammer Hime!

(3,1,4) doesn't make sense either for the Spoonerism, not even Americans pronounce the first word of the solution that way?

I'm gonna say 18D "capturing" is not correct as well, since the letters in question are inside ("captured" - not capturing) the others.

I'm in a mood now lol! Good job I have 1 beer left.

22 turned up very recently in another Prize or Everyman, this time the clue was better I think.

PS it's "Driver abrasive ultimately capturing a", just as written. I thought this was a good crossword, though I concur with misgivings about the Spoonerism. It's just a phonetic word swap (at least for this Kiwi).

Yeah, 22 occurred 4 Everymans ago as a hidden,

https://www.fifteensquared.net/2022/02/27/everyman-3932/

I thought the hidden version was not inferior, certainly more concise.

Fairly straightforward this week I thought. Not only have we had 22 recently but 23 appeared as recently as last week. Sometimes these small words with common letters as crossers are the only options that fit, as is the case with these two.

I think Spooner would ‘satisfy an amount owed’ perhaps?
