I have amended the preamble to say "answers to clues" and have added the sentence "Do not ask for answers to the theme, only gentle hints for that are to be given in the Gentle Hints thread"

CS75, I think there should be NO mention of the theme on the Answers thread! As Norah says above, the thematic stuff can feature elsewhere...

Cs75, i have answered on the extra help thread. I have to say it seems counterintuitive to move off the answer thread in order to give an answer.

Nineteen post on the Answers Only thread and not a single question asked or answered about the clues.
