Sorry, jigjag, I haven't got anywhere with that. I am blaming it on the ugly 'U' in the middle, that put me off!

I think it might be a rather topical reference...

I thought it was a brilliant topical clue. We have had "U" in the Times, as well as texts, so it is certainly allowed.
