Hi Chris
Think of what a goose produces out of its bill (or maybe throat?).
Think of Paris for the mass transport system (then knock off a mathematical abbreviation)
Charlotte will be going to debs balls and getting in all sorts of trouble with chinless financiers in a few years' time if her family's recent history is any guide. The answer is her elder brother ... fancy that!

Sorry, Chris, typo T; I didn’t mean to elevate you!

Charlotte is royal, and it should probably read where Charlotte ‘was’ often seen, past tense

That’s interesting Phil and I have gone for different Charlottes. Mine was historical but given the present tense in the clue I’m suspect Phil is correct!

Hi Jono
Yep, it could be either one couldn't it. I was basing it on the fact that this Everyman has made quite a few references to the latest generation over the last few months. But I wonder if the answer itself was originally a reference to the one who came to your mind?

Thanks all. I see 23 now. The solution for 24 wasn't either of the words I was thinking of!

Strange mix of the extremely easy and the exceptionally difficult. Super-fast start, FOI 1a and after about 10 clues I was hoping for the elusive total write-in, but hopes were soon dashed and I feared not even finishing. 16 and 24 took ages to figure out and were co-LOI; 14 and 27 also held me up. COD 21. In hindsight, I've twice before seen clues like 16, but didn't remember at the time. IMO, unusual GK demands in this puzzle.

Hi all.

Geeker, my Everyman experience today was very similar to yours! Very fast start, then came to a grinding halt, with 16 and 24 also being my LOIs. I had to use the crossword solver to get 16d and then kicked myself, as, of course, I was thinking of MPs, not the collective noun.

Looking for the rhyme helped to get 14d. Got thrown by 20 for a while, as was assuming a native tribe, not an animal. No COD, but enjoyed 13 and 25.

Chrise, I don't see a problem with the definition of 11a - the answer means denies.

All in all, I really enjoyed this one.

The answer means "proves to be wrong" rather than simply state "that's wrong".
