No one seems to have had issues with 13d but I’m darned off I can parse it!

Capital the enemy surrounds in woodland boundary (10).

I have “Timberline” for woodland boundary but I don’t see the rest of it.

Enemy surrounds - put Berlin inside Time. Tim berlin e.
