Can I check I've got the letters that give the confused person correct please? I have:

NOHAHASN

I assume they're an anagram of a name but I cannot see it. Noah? Hanson?

I can’t remember 18a off the top of my head but in 26d, the extra word is musician and it’s an anagram of topless “this”
