No Friday finishes on this one :) I'm assuming the "best guess if necessary" is just in case there's some sort of disputed or inconclusive outcome?

There's a famous precedent to this of course but nice to see it reworked so neatly.

What is meant by the phrase 'in line with the third outcome'?

I think that if you read it as "outcome of the third" it refers to a certain event. I still don't really understand the bit about guessing.

I presume it simply means if you want to post your entry before the third outcome, you're best guess will be accepted.
