bunty, in 33 the 'N' is missing in the wordplay. It's SWAT, with the 'S' (succeeded) moved towards the end. Def. is the first six words. I can't figure out the parsing of 28 either

For 28a, lavish is PRINCELY. One (I) leaves and is replaced by O (beginning of oyster). C is extra.
