The grid doesn't download with the PDF, so I've printed out a screen snip to go on with.
I can't find the final word for #3 "Eyes up elevated pitch section (6)" I have L?E?R? in the grid.
I can see a 5 letter word that fits the clue, but not with an A added. Hints appreciated.

Oh dear, I've just found it under another heading in Chambers.

Hints for my remaining 2 would be much appreciated:
27. Tender for marine craft (9)

60. Safe craft can go equally well either way (5,4)

Eyes up's LOI for me too. Think I've got the five letter answer, but is the sixer very obscure slang? The only reference to it I could find online was in something called the Urban Dictionary. I'm not sure that is a trustworthy source. And I'm struggling with the 'elevated pitch section'...

I think this is very good and very, very devious - there are so many variables it's hard to get started (and a well laid trap into the bargain).

'Eyes up...' is in Chambers under its 3 letter headword (Scots dialect).
