84. There is a better answer than ketch. Think of a 7 letter musical minus the first two letters.

84. There are 100s of musicals! Could I have more of a pointer e.g year or is it still "live".

I was happy with my answer of Ketch but the only musical I've found so far has 8 letters and when you remove the first 3, you are left with a boat.

I think I had a senior moment and misspelled my musical with an R that wasn't necessary!
I imagine I know the musical now that has been suggested and it shows a great bit of knowledge!

I must be having a complete senior moment ,can't work it out at all.

I don't think there were many musicals that fit the bill from 1966 and you'll need to google what you are left with.
