I am struggling with :-

87...... the course sailors follow to improve their wellbeing ( 5.5)
Any helpful hints would be much appreciated.

86. Google local management of schools and insert what you see into a word for a strong man; a beefcake as said person might have been referred to in the past.

87. For course, think racecourse and a word to describe sailors.

I have been doing these Charity puzzles for more than twenty years now, and generally make a good stab at them, but this time question 83 has me completely foxed! I have been working at it for over two weeks now, without success! Anyone who can give me just a nudge in the right direction will have my undying gratitude!!

Many thanks, lakegirl! I had the second word OK but now I see the bit about "second entry" ! If this helps with 74, who are likely to help you in a pub, then use "get" saving "time" inside that word !

I am stuck on 83 too. Is the last word the name of the dogs or is the whole word the type of ship it was?
Also stuck on no: 63. After last orders, grasping, greedy women become cheats. Any hints welcome thank you.
