Well I'm still working on it, but I'm a bit of a newbie. As long as I get it all done before next Saturday I'll be happy.

One thing though. Im sure I've got the right fictional girls' school in 58A, and can see the cutters going around the outside like the Buffalo girls. But how does one parse the rest?

Hmmm - do you mean 33a? If not, your in trouble! 33a = Central American currency + letter used in formulas for an unknown

Monday evening and I think I am throwing in the towel. The North west corner is still blank. I think I can say that 25% of the clues I have got I can't parse but I have learned a lot of new theme words. On to yesterday's Everyman I think for a bit of light relief. Because it's the only one I haven't got NW aside, help with 43a would be useful.
