I have a completed grid and the two instructions. But I don’t know what to do with them. I’ve spent hours trying different codes. I could be missing something obvious... but this is Sabre so perhaps it’s even more complicated than what I’ve tried thus far! Help!

Merenz, there are 13 letters in the heading and 13 in each column, have you tried adding them?

The code is the standard numeric substitution; the "new" portrait is not in English which may make it seem like you are not getting anywhere with the instruction.
