Hi Fop,

22d definition is "Observer perhaps" (both in the sense of newspaper and eye) and is usual 1 letter abbr. for "nothing" + 1 letter abbr. for "good" inside a 3 letter word for "published"

26a definition is "watching" and is 2 letter word for 'the old' + 2 letter word for 'home' both inside a 2 letter abbr. meaning 'for example'.

I enjoyed this week’s but I’ve enjoyed the past few weeks just as much.

I hadn’t been following the Prince Andrew story so I was blank there for a long time.

My COD was 27ac - elegant!

Tx Brendan,
The 3 letter word for published is a bit of a stretch for me.

Thanks Brendan for helping with the bottom bit. Some still unclear - eg can't parse 21a, but never mind.

I seem to be the only one having trouble with the top right corner. 13a, for example: pop star into opium losing head, addled, becoming less clear. (7,2) m?s?i?p ?p.

Thanks

I've got, I think. First p was wrong. Should have been g.

At the end of the day thought I'd check back. Agree that 27a is a great clue. Be in touch next week.

Hi Catcharmer,

@21a definition is "sweet time" (I remember taking my little brother out one time and he loved it) - It's "passage" = HALL + cEdEd inside OWN
