Thanks for the votes guys and girls and also to Malcolm for hosting and the prize. Never heard of Moloko but the next item was "The time is now" which I have heard for years on Sky Sports without knowing where it came from. Good stuff.

Strange times. It even snowed here briefly this afternoon. Stay safe and I hope to see you all next weekend

Well done, Tatters! (Now you can put away the sledge hammer:))
A big thank you to the man with the flowing mane for your vote, and to Dorrien for the mention.

Thanks to Malcolm for an interesting challenge. I prefer one word, so that I can compare like to like when voting. I'd also prefer that selecting several places was optional. Do we need to start numbering the weekend competitions?
As with Proportional Representation Elections, it is possible for a candidate to receive the most first preferences, but not win overall. Not a criticism, just mentioning it....

Ros, I've just cut my own hair for the first time since I was an impoverished student/graduate. Luckily curly hair hides one's mistakes. Of course if we can't go out, no-one is going to see it.

Cheers

True, mattrom, though I have had a couple of conversations out of my front window with people about 10 feet away. I also have curly hair but the hairdresser will have a fit when we meet again! However, it's not really a serious problem. Are you allowed to take your dogs out?

Ros, Sadly, I had to have my Mattie put down 2 months ago after a failed knee operation. Now Rom is miserable, but not a good time to adopt again. We have a 470 acre park nearby, where one can walk without coming within a stone's throw of anyone. So many mixed messages, "stay home" but we can "go out to exercise". Fingers crossed we can still walk.

I am sorry to hear about Mattie. I don't know anything about dogs, but would Rom accept another companion?
I have been nearly barged into by joggers twice recently on walks round the village so am wondering about going. The local lanes are always full of dog walkers. But exercise is very important......

@Mattrom, I’ll not be doing the weekend PR as I enjoy the weekend break, but checked in and read about Mattie and wanted to say that I feel for you.

Over here we have a "Corona" beer brand . .

The only case of Corona I want to be associated with!

And God Bless You All

Aah Hannah, not sure where you are but in my corner of suburban British he’ll we are no strangers to Corona beer.

But many ‘super-adults’ (oldies) here like me may also remember Corona fizzy drinks...

Corona —
sparkles up with joy,
Corona — for every girl and boy.
Come drink it up to the very last drop, It’s got a sparkle in the middle And a tingle at the top

M
Let’s get fizzical!
Fizzical trainer: C’mon, c’mon, c’mon, move, move, move.
These aren’t just any old bubbles getting into this bottle of Corona
No sir! are they fizzy! Every one has passed the Corona fizzical
Mmm — nice!
Boy it’s really tough back there!
Voice-over: Corona — every bubble’s passed its fizzical.
Fizzical trainer: Ah, that’s it boys — let’s see you fizz, fizz, fizz!

Yes, the lockdown is affecting my mentals!

Hannah

The last Saturday before lockdown I was in a pub in town which had `Corona` beer mats - hope they have some different ones when I`m allowed out again.

Rosalind & Mattrom

Luckily I went to the barbers just before they closed down. I`m now cultivating my facial hair - it looks disgusting at the moment and I fear I might be turning into Brian Blessed II (I have the foghorn voice already)
