Enjoyed this once I got started.
Asking for a friend...will next week be a numerical? Unusually there are five Saturdays in February, and I'm unsure if they run it on the third Saturday or the penultimate one.

This was a fun one. Any hints on parsing "Bleak, with earlier time"?

A five letter word for Bleak has the T/time moved to the front....(with earlier time).

I was late coming to this and found some of the clues difficult until I saw a pattern emerging. Thank goodness for the internet as I had never heard of the perpetrator or the nursery rhyme. Having looked that up, all became clear

Phew. Finally crossed the line! Can anyone help me understand the parsing of 'Heard dealer swapping sides to lip-read'? My answer is an anagram but I cannot see the 'sides'. Thank you!

Piffleworthy - it's the "sides" (ends) of the word lip-read that are swapped in the word dealer.
