Kirky, 4 D is quite a nice word. It's just an anagram, leading to a doubly-hyphenated word. The anagram involves the usual 'with' and the other words should be obvious with what you have.

Hi bananabean, yes as there is no "p" in the checking "other returns inside". Look for a repeating pattern within the 22 letters.
