Thanks malone.
Finally have 11a, I think.
Not sure how it parses.
Part of feet?

Cannot make anything out of misprint letters.

I think Perimeter looks good except for the final word starting at SW corner. Is it 8 letters? ??E?R??E.

Still afew to go.

For 11, if you put the first word in the clue in front of the answer, you get a word meaning 'purloins'. The answer itself is also a Scottish word meaning the same as your 'keys'!
The letters you've given are correct, but are for two thematic answers.

Thanks malone.
I should make a habit of looking up TCD every single time.

The second definition of the answer is keys.
And rhyming slang is purloins.

I liked my (11 Across) being your Keys - linking two cultures!

The rhyming slang always disappoints me a little - I don't think many of the words, terms, are used nowadays.

2. Yes - Deep. Past is grammatical...

23 D. That's a sneaky misprint - well, for me it was! It's in 'Americans'. The 'rude' is more 'in good health' than 'cheeky, impolite etc'.

Xwordfan, glad I could help. I meant to say that the 'trace of arrogance' was the usual crossword stuff.
