All done and dusted except 31 across and 36 across. Any help gratefully received. Thanks.

31 Just a normal, everyday word for a sailor - and less normally, a word for a soaking.

36 A four letter word for straps (as in belts, beats) and the usual 'for all to see'.

I think the title is an allusion to the fact that if you intentionally reveal your bottom then you are mooning.

I have three still missing.

I had 9d start with HA and ending in EER but last letter of 36a is not E.

35a. Sydney's boastful person's equipment displayed in Kent (5)

4d defn is light ... with WORT after your letters ... look up at previous answer

35a Kent = SE equipment = kit

Sunray, there's a big hint earlier on this thread for 4 D.

For 35 A. Crosswords often have a two-letter answer for 'Kent', you've already got the 'equipment'.

I have the character but it doesn't seem to fit. Older readers will remember the seminal performance of Arse Cutter in I Might Murder a Sidesman, but after many hours gridsearching we have no joy.
