It looks like I assumed that there were some collaborations - 23 clues from 26 setters!

In fact, I just copied down the wrong number from my rough working - 23 clues from 13 setters, with meursault unable to vote.

Liked many, eg Mattrom @2, Aristo @15, Rossim @16, Fieryjack @25
and Dorrien @26 .....

With 4 votes to come (excluding meursault), BBM2 @21 has 3 votes, ixion @12 has 2, then aristo (15), mattrom (2) and bbm2 (20) have one each.
