many solutions missing and three orphans in the west side and no 4 letter answers pathetic of me innit.

I've got all bar two, really stuck on these. Can anyone give me a hint?

Really don't like this one. Far too many vague clues, and forced, unnatural, connections. I'll be glad when it's done.

I still have no idea what 14d is. Makes it hard to see why a London Club is the answer connected to it.
