I don't know what you have for 18A but it is not the rather well known personal disorder. The answer is A(men) at the end with an anagram of horologer before. The result is a synonym for windiness.

Well, I still haven't. Last but one to do and it must be screamingly obvious as hardly anyone else has asked about it. I have ?O?E?O?N?O?W???. Too many os for it to be an anagram so one of them must be wrong. Help please.
