Finished it but can't parse G and D if anyone could enlighten me please?

OK, I can see G now. It's not quite how I pronounce it but, hey.....

G sounds like grew and is a piece of dairy produce.
D anagram of "needed a c c"

Thanks scorpiojo and anne. My own stupidity with D. To work out if it was an anagram, I'd written the answer out with an N (wrongly) in the 5th position, decided that all the letters of NEEDED weren't being used and given up on that idea. Doh!

Mostly quite easy - but having difficulty with the top left corner - particularly the V word. Can't find anything that fits V.T.G
