Actually there is a generally adhered-to tradition on the RT threads of not giving answers. I would prefer that it would apply to the other prizes as well.

hints are normally so easy it is laughable and they just keep coming. you can often see the answer without knowing the clue.

if you write, define, followed by a space and then the name of the jazzer into google it should give you the answer (NB. you need to go back to googles home page after this because you are now in googles dictionary mode).
re 1ac - can only come up with Prunella??

...should have added, when you use 'define word' you need to click 'more info' just under the 1st result.
