Hi fellow RT'ers. Hope you are all feeling well.
Just managed to finish this week's but was stuck in the LH bottom corner for ages.
As usual, I have some answers which seem to be correct, but I cannot fully parse - 18d, 17d . It will be interesting to see if anyone else has the same problem. Best wishes

Hi Jazzgirl - I`m stuck on the same ones. Guessed the answer to 14 ac - no idea of the parsing!
Did `one of us` write the letter about the Morse crossword, I wonder ? magw

14a was my favourite clue. It's a synonym for "a study" (small room) inside a colour Still haven't parsed 18d,17d and am thinking 18d is a wrong answer, but cannot see any alternative.

oops. Have given half the answer away!

Should have said "readend" is "a den" inside "red"

Ah, yes. I can see it now, Jazzgirl. \the `u` is giving me trouble at the end of 2d but it`s a bit early to ask for help. I`ll do a bit of shopping and see if that clears my head 1 Magw.

Hi all. Slowly recovering from nasty chest infection. Head clear enough to complete crossword today. I think the parsing for 18d is a 3 letter word for "a fellow" starting with g around 2 letters which mean "keep mum".

Ah, so I did have 18d wrong . Thanks cantersue, I see it now.
