Seems to be a slight problem with 10 down and it could be one of two possibilities.
This was brought to my attention last night but I didn't have time to rectify it. I suppose any of the two answers will suffice as it doesn't affect the crossing letters, but to put you straight, the clue answer that I sent to Chris originally was the one containing a 'T' in the fourth letter position.
A teething anomaly that me or Chris didn't expect.
I therefore profess our innocence in crossword land pedantocracy.. Ha ha
