Hi all, I am really stuck on four, any help appreciated:
1d Extrasensory perception is abused by one potterer in ___________. R?y ?p?c?. I have an answer but can't parse it.
6d Show unprincipled blackmailer seizing female. -?a?t?r
23d The bare minimum? _s?r??? - I think is scrape, but if so, what's the spare letter?
28ac Receiving a French City. Is the answer a French city? ?e???n?y

You'll get a lot of help if you take a look at earlier posts on this thread. In 23dn, the missing letter is G - you can probably work out the rest (it's not scrape).

Thanks Peterm, how dim can you get - referring to 23d. Never heard of 28ac though and eventually got 6d. Now complete and submitted.

I have 2 left to get 10a and 7d. Any help would be appreciated

10a "what" = eh , reverse it + anagram of pleats
7d pop group sang "search for the hero"

Thanks got 7d now, still head scratching on 10a but will get there.
